Next Dates Being Scheduled

Same income architecture. Now in the room with you.

Two evenings in Frisco. Ninety minutes on how retirement income is actually built — the floor under your essentials, the risks that only show up after you stop working, and the decisions that are easier to make before you need them. Same session both nights. Pick whichever works.

The webinar covers the framework. The seminar is where you sit down, ask the question specific to your situation, and see the numbers worked through live. The next round is being set now, with retirement income and estate planning on the schedule — join the waitlist and pick the topic you care about.

What We Cover

A working session, not a sales pitch.

The seminar series covers one subject per session. Open a topic to see what the evening includes.

Retirement IncomeSix decisions that interact

Retirement income isn’t one decision — it’s six, and they interact. We walk through each one the way it actually gets built, using a case study couple so you can see the numbers move rather than just hear the theory.

  1. 01
The Income Floor How much of your essential monthly expenses are covered by income that doesn’t depend on the market — and how to find that number for your household.
  2. 02
Sequence of Returns Risk Why a market loss in the first years of withdrawals does damage that the same loss never did while you were still saving.
  3. 03
Taxes in Retirement How required distributions can push you into a higher bracket later, and why the years before they begin are a planning window that closes.
  4. 04
Social Security Timing How claiming decisions affect lifetime income, survivor benefits, and the coordination between spouses that’s easy to get backwards.
  5. 05
Fee Leakage What you’re actually paying across your accounts, and what a fraction of a percent compounds to over a thirty-year retirement.
  6. 06
Longevity Planning to a life expectancy rather than an average, and what changes when the plan has to hold up into your nineties.
Estate Planning & LegacyComing next — join the waitlist

Having documents is not the same as having a plan that works. We cover how estates actually pass, where plans break, and what to check before it matters.

  1. 01
Why a will alone is not a plan What probate is, what it can cost in time and privacy, and which assets pass outside your will entirely.
  2. 02
Trusts in plain English What a trust does, what it does not do, and who it is actually built for.
  3. 03
Funding: a trust only controls what it owns A signed trust that was never funded is a stack of paper. Where plans quietly break, and how to check yours.
  4. 04
Beneficiary forms that override your documents Why a form filed years ago can overrule the plan you wrote last year.
  5. 05
The survivor income gap What the surviving spouse actually lives on when two Social Security checks become one.
  6. 06
Getting the documents done, with real costs Your options, from an attorney to an attorney-reviewed online service, with the prices stated up front.

Educational only. The Income Standard is not a law firm and does not prepare wills, trusts or other legal documents. Your attorney confirms what applies in your state.
